How to Claim a Prize

Three easy ways...

1. For details contact your local lottery agent.
2. Visit the Maine State Lottery Headquarters. Visit the Maine State Lottery's Headquarters at 10 Water Street in Hallowell, Maine (please see the map below for directions from Route 295). The lottery office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
3. Mail your ticket to the Lottery. You can mail your winning ticket to the Lottery. Please make sure that you sign your name on the back and include your name, address and social security #. We advise you to send it by certified mail and to include a claim form.
