CLAIMING THE $1,000 PRIZE Since this prize is over $599, it must be claimed at the Lottery Office. Be sure to give the “Prize Ticket” to the winner. The winner must have this ticket to claim their prize. A winner can either come to the Lottery Office to claim the prize or they can fill out a “Winners Claim Form” and mail it to the Lottery Office at: Maine State Lottery, 8 Statehouse Station, Augusta, ME 04333, attn: Claims Department.
